*Skip-A-Payment is not available for Mortgages, Home Equity Loans, Line of Credit Loans, Leases, Previous Holiday Loans, and Visa® Credit Cards.

All accounts must be in good standing with America's Credit Union.  At least six (6) monthly payments must have been made before the first skip.  Loans that have met the maximum number of payment skips over the life of the loan may not be approved for this skip-a-payment offer.  All requests must be submitted in writing at least ten (10) days before the payment due date.  America's Credit Union can refuse this extension request at its discretion.  Other conditions may apply.  Interest will continue to accrue from the date of the last payment.  You agree to amend the terms of your original agreement by one month and repay the entire unpaid balance, plus interest.
